We support partial project options for Premier Point subdivision especially in the event that loafer canyon neighbors don’t agree on their end of the project (partial project options like reinforcing/adding to the diversion berm in the undeveloped 40 acres to our south, clearing the wash, enlarging the culvert at 11200 South)

As a property owner in the Premier Point development I have great concern for the continued possibility of serious flooding. I support any projects to protect our homes. If residents south of us cannot agree on measures, I would support partial mitigation, including widening and improving the diversion channel into the existing wash/ravine, clearing and improving the ravine, and improving the culvert at 11200.

We in the Premier Point development are very supportive of any project to mitigate expected flooding that will impact our homes. This would include even partial completion of proposed projects if the Loafer Canyon neighbors cannot come to a consensus. We support an improvement of the diversion channel into the natural drainage ravine, clearing the ravine to allow for better flow, and improving the culvert at 11200.

Thank you for holding open house. Please protect trail access and trail routes during construction & make sure silt fences don’t block trail routes. Trails of concern: Pine Forest (north of Maple Dell), Pipeline Trail along gas pipeline clearing, Red Lake Trail, Fore Bay Canal Trail, Picayune Canyon Trails. Thanks!

We definitely appreciate all the efforts and planning that is taking place. We here in Premier Point are very worried about the impact of "what could very well happen" in the future bc of the fires. We here in Premier Point neighborhood are concerned that our neighbors on Loafer Canyon road are having a hard time coming to an agreement on what they wish to be done. In the event, that they cannot come to an agreement, we support Mitigation's like diversions through the undeveloped acreage and improvements to the culvert 112.

A diversion berm was Dug by Travis Butler to protect the homes on Washougal. Has this berm been factored into the overall flood plain plan? Is this emergency berm going to be permanent?

I support mitigation efforts, especially in the event that Loafer Canyon neighbors do not reach consensus. Diversion and improvement of the wash south of Premier Point development.

We in the Premier Point development support partial project mitigations especially in the event that the loafer canyon neighbors can not come to an agreement. Please create a diversion channel to our south and improve the culvert at 112. The existing wash and revive may need to be cleared and defined to the southern extent as well.

We need help and are willing to accept help. Please don’t forget about premier point.

I support partial project options in respect to our premier point development (like diversion through Mr Christensen’s undeveloped 40 acres and improvements to the culvert at 112) especially in the event canyon neighbors don’t agree.

For those of us living in the Premier Point neighborhood located just south of 11200. We would like to have the mitigation done above us to divert any water to the natural ravine regardless of what the residents along the Canyon road decide to do. Hopefully that will be possible?
